Dick is normally booked 4 to 6 weeks in advance but sometimes can work in other classes when he is traveling to your area. Most times final travel arrangements are not made until a little over 2 weeks before class date.
Many groups have found creative ways to offset the cost of classes.
Affiliate Members are always looking for ways to get in front of top producers, guess who comes to Dick's classes? Top producers! Pick a Banker, Home Inspector, Pest Control, Title Company, Home Warranty Company so forth, ask each of them for a few hundred dollars and either bring in hand outs or we will give them 2 minutes at the start of class.
CHARGE a door fee! Many folks feel that training is worth what you pay, so free can't be any good. Check and see if Dick is CE for REALTORS in your state, if so charge the going rate, if he is not contact us about getting him approved. One group, not mentioning names had Dick for a CE class, charged $20 a person and had 240 attend, do the math.... $4,800!
Contact the local carriers, Cingular, Sprint, Verizon etc, look for help from them in exchange for a booth in the hallway. Also to sweeten the deal they can have personnel take the classes, we know they need it.
