Areas of The Villages
Over the years, I have had friends interested in moving to The Villages and very early on in the conversation they realize for the first time The Villages is huge! With about 130,000 people and 51 square miles and a good 30-minute drive from end to end we need to dig a little deeper into what is important to them.
Normally when you begin your search for a new home you meet with your REALTOR® and explain what you need, for example a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, open concept, quiet neighborhood and outdoor living space. That is easy I can find about 300 of them for you! But here is how we should start our search, WHERE?
I have divided The Villages into 5 areas to help you decide where to start our search for your Home in The Villages. Each area has advantages depending on what is on your list of important things you desire in the area you live. Golf courses? Not to worry! Quiet neighborhood? Not to worry! Close to retail and dining? We have that, some areas more than others! I have even been asked about mature trees and landscaping, yes, we have that!
Please remember prices in The Villages range from the low $100,000’s to over a million and not all areas have such a wide range of prices. So, what’s on your list?
