My good friend Rossi has written a great book on Marketing.  He has agreed to let me use some of his stuff in my "Taking Prospecting a Step Further" class; in return I will be shamelessly plugging his book.  Seriously it's a great read and have taken many things from his book and incorparated into all my classes.
